    I like this place - Banks's ales, great asian food at reasonable prices. Not a fancy place - it's a back street boozer but its worth a visit. Head to the back room to order food. Pool table in bar - plenty of seating at back of pub. Try the mixed grill for about £7.00 - fantastic - good curries too.

    Very cheap, great mixed grill, nice lamb curry and a decent atmosphere. Not much of a looker, however the price and taste of the food is great. Can fill a party of 3 with £15. They have comfortable seating and the mixed grill comes out in a sizzler plate on a bed of onions.
